Refund policy

How long do I have to make my return or exchange?

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of the ship date on most purchases. Please note, shipping fees from the original order are not refundable unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.

Shipping for returns

Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. As much as we’d want to, our system cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

What is returnable and what is final sale?

Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package, if possible. Final sale items are marked “final sale” on each product page, email or checkout. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and refunded. Refunds normally take 3-5 days to post back to your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way.

Do we offer international returns?

We currently do not offer international returns.

Your Friends Tee reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
